Creating a Vibrant Life requires intention and practice:

As a young violinist I hated to practice! Three hours alone in my music room every day was isolating and dreary. I wanted juiciness, craved connection with other people. So I got a degree in music but did not choose that way of life as a career. I moved instead into work with artists, corporations, executives, and entrepreneurs; offering coaching and insight for fully integrating a Life where success is defined in uniquely personal ways.  Within these working relationships and in my own Life, I’ve discovered that leading a Life of practice contains great rewards, in ways my young self never imagined! Life is the music we’re making. A successful one comes from consistent, intentional practice, like scales and etudes – the essential notes necessary to master – the nimbleness to play an instrument well – in creating unique and beautiful music to dance through Life to.

Vibrant Life Master Class is a four-module series delving into the questions, practices and action-steps that culminate in the creation of a Healthy + Beautiful life. In the videos I share essential elements of my own practices, the consistent, daily approach to Life which I’ve been honing for years and have made a tremendous impact on my happiness. I explain why these practices are so critical to our fulfillment, and share many of my favorite resources. Designed to take one week at a time, I offer light action steps as homework – to encourage you to develop your own set of practices that will set the stage for the Life you uniquely crave.
